Do I really need an Internship?

It was in 2015 when I started my career and that's when I realized the importance of internships, it was my second internship which gave me my first job which later turned out to be a turning point in my life from “what to do?”, and “how to talk?”, I am here talking to you though I am still answering and exploring “what to do “, I believe some things must always be left unanswered and ever exploring.
How important do you think internships are apart from your busy schedule of assignments Coursework, sports, events, family function and exams, internships may not pay you but it rewards you with experiences, knowledge, skills and industry connections.

Financials!!
Yes! They are indeed crucial and we wish to work only for those who pay!! Don't we? but unfortunately all we get to hear is “we don't pay interns because we reward them” and in a way that is not wrong at all it is up to you how well you utilize the time making connections,  learning skills and gaining experiences, where no one is ever going to judge “are you being paid to come late?”, “roam around in different departments?”, there are advantages to internships, paid or unpaid, all you need to do is take advantage without hurting a soul and company policies, learn as much as you can and experience to understand whether a given industry or a work profile is meant for you or not.

The greatest dilemma!!
I am supposed to be an HR intern!! Why are they sending me to finance and CRM or marketing into calling and birthday cake cutting for celebrations?? Because this all makes up a company and a company a family the best part of being an intern is you are not stuck in one department from 9 to 5 for months or specifically for your entire life rather you have all the opportunity and liberty to explore every department in every unit, their working, their management system, challenges, how do they overcome them and simultaneously learn from diverse working management and leadership styles.
This experience will teach you people skills which, according to the world economic forum will be the much-needed skill to perform in a job, the future of jobs says,

These are the top 10 skills you would be needing and people management is at number 4, no doubt it is really imperative for your personal and professional growth.

Top 5 reasons to get into internships!!

#3 Self-identification!! Trust me!! The ones who know me, or if you have the slightest of an idea of who I was and who I am, you will know the power of an internship when every minute of it is utilized that it can transform an introvert, technologically challenged and quiet, back office job girl into who I am today!!
#4  A base to your CV, when no one ever gave you an internship!! When you never took an initiative and took up some SIPs or WIPs!! Why do you expect from an employer to hear that you are so so so serious and dedicated and hardworking and compassionate?

Priority...? Must be self Love!

Whats' your Priority? Despite the fact that it keeps changing with time!   Call it some societal pressure; or call it her upbringing, perfection is expected from every sphere of her life, given any amount of stress or pressure, she must "know it all" is a wonderful presumption and as she ages perfection becomes synonym to her name... these expectations put more pressure on her to balance everything that she holds in her kitty.  Oh No! I am not a feminist, I would rather prefer to stand against "fake feminism".  Because I agree with no shame and guilt that men handle the same, probably the more pressure to be a perfect son, a perfect partner,  a perfect husband, and a perfect father, and it is understood so well, that the things are changing, new notions are building, perceptions are improving, point of views are being accepted yet what remains constant is a  question.. "ladki hai, kar legi?"  All We want is to ensure that "ladki hai,...

This too shall pass!!

This too shall pass!!  There’s no tear, there’s no emotion!! There’s no guilt!! Nor any blame game!  For somehow, I knew this, in some way or the other, I was preparing myself to welcome the change! Somehow, I was aware, someday this would turn out to be an uneventful end! Cribbing! Crying! Tantrums! Tears and lost energy!! Are easier to fetch!! Somehow, I know how to pack it all and name it “trash”! And that would make my emotions and feelings feel sublime! Since when caring for self, and being selfish became a crime? I wish to drift my energy where my universe would lead! That’s somehow is one side of the story, because the other says… That I will never miss you! Because you’re still there, in my mind, in my soul, so alive! That I feel the presence around all the time! My emotions are real! My feelings are prolonged and my love is unconditional, absolute, unrestricted and selfless!! Which I failed to impress!!  And even after all this, I wish to sway, to the land far aw...

The Girl With The Dark Circles

Oh, they are precious! I love to carry them and sometimes flaunt them too. The best part of having them is they work as a natural human (Male) repellent too! These have given me a new title altogether, and people ask, why do I adore them? Why can’t we just be proud of something we’re born with? Why do you wish to get rid of everything that seems imperfect to the world? the more we are obsessed with getting rid of something and curse it, the more they appear and the more they stuck! Isn't it? Studies have proved it, and I have experienced this fact. Well talking of the craziest questions raised rather rumors spread for people with dark circles are the funniest ones. “she must be in a relationship, ask me!”, “she doesn’t seem happy with him”, “she doesn’t get enough sleep”, “She’s too much into book yaa”, “she doesn’t have a schedule.” “She’s too lazy to do something for herself”. My life is therefore controlled by my dark circles and people’s judgment and opinion over them, and leas...
