Corporate Bureaucracy

Corporate Bureaucracy

Probably the most talked about and most appropriate representation of a corporate function in our economy. Is it good, is it really needed, is it, at all acceptable?

Our corporates are run by people who have lived in an ever bureaucratic environment starting from the kindergarten where parents, by default, do not forget to mention, do whatever, just listen to your teacher. She is the one who will make you a better student or a better person (per say), unnecessarily, forcing a child to be dependent upon what his/her teacher think of them. Leading straight through the School life, then to the college, and landing in the Corporate World. Disregarding the fact, what exactly have we learned all these years, DEPENDENCY, in an Independent world?

This dependency theory has become a part of our DNA that we just cannot do without it, we just can't ignore it.
Another reason, what I found out, was, Our Inability to QUESTION, our flickering need of questioning what we see, feel, and understand. Questions, in our Corporate world, is not very well accepted, u question and your tagged arrogant, negative, non-team player. Why? Why does this happen, at all??

Apparently, we mostly Question to 'Prove' and not to 'IMprove'.

Yes, we question to prove a point, and not to improve upon one's knowledge about anything. This is how we have been raised, NO QUESTIONS, please.
When the no of questions starts lessening, Beaurocracy increases. Beaurocracy makes us dependent, and dependents must depend and not comprehend.

Want to live through bureaucracy??? Start with flushing SELF out of yourself, start with the feeling n need to improve and not to prove. Start talking more and self-contemplating less. Accept, everyone around you, can teach you, can help you, even the most irritating character around u will help u understand how not to be irritating, see, you help people, by not being an addition to irritation.

START
1.     Being Proactive
2.     Accepting responsibility
3.     Practicing accountability
4.     Talking
5.     Smiling, more than before
STOP
1.     Complaining
2.     Defending
3.     Feeling Low
4.     Delaying things/work
5.     Getting Irritated soon

SUSTAIN, your efforts, and slowly, watch Beaurocracy, die its own death. At least, you'd be a lesser part of being, In It.

Unplug

How often do we find ourselves feeling stuck, even in the spaces we once longed to be in—our so-called comfort zones? Ever felt like you don’t want to talk to anyone, constantly feeling upset, as if everything around you is falling apart? And when you try to express it, sometimes it backfires, and other times, it just makes things worse. A lot depends on the kind of people you’re surrounded by—whether they uplift you or take you for granted. And trust me, when emotions spiral out of control, it becomes incredibly hard to make sense of what’s happening within us. We have medicines for fever, headaches, diabetes, and blood pressure—visibly measurable conditions. But what about the struggles our mind endures? The most overlooked and taken-for-granted part of us is our mind. Yet, emotions like anger, frustration, anxiety, and sadness all stem from it. Maybe it’s time we start taking care of our minds just as much as we do our bodies. Maybe it’s time to unplug and Recharge!!  I rece...

Dhal gaya din...

Dhal gaya din, baatein kuch adhoori si hain... This is what we all are looking for, isn't it? To let go off a day to bring in the breeze of the fresh Morning, the sunrise after a tough sunset. Each one of us is suffering from some issue or the other carrying the biggest possible fake smile which could hide all the tears and sorrows. A mask of bravery and strength behind which every personality is seeking some support some kind words and a pat on the back, ears waiting to hear "you can do it"! And here comes the ego, self-respect, responsibility and the position we all are sitting at from where none of us can afford to cry, to speak no matter how hard the heart is willing to scream and share all the grief with the world outside but the brain is way too logical to do that. IN PICTURE: SHUBHI KRITI SAXENA The solution to which is probably hidden in buying a car or a mattress, a right office chair or the clothes we wear, comfort is all we care but why do we rema...

बातें करो

Do you even know me!?  Sometimes people just knock your door, enter your premise they spend a few months with you and woof, there you go! They know you!! No babe! Trust me! You don't!! You haven't seen me in all my phases, you don't know how do I react when it rains, I do not like it, but I do enjoy the rains when it is in the woods, far away. With the right company along, I like it the most, all drenched and dancing! And I might not even want drenching and dancing in the rain because on some rainy days, I want to just sit on the balcony and sip my coffee. You only know what I've told you so far. The kind of personality I chose to show you, you have no idea what phases I've experienced in my life, how I've grown to have experienced them. I am a mature person now, but I like being the kid I once was. You don't know how beautifully I master concealing my stress and worries under my smile. No! You will never know if it is real or fake laughter! Because so far, ...
