Let’s Bring Back The Phrase!! “Oh, You Made My Day!”

For those few, negative reinforcement also works well, though speaking to a larger audience; it is the theory of the positive reinforcement that allows us to work more progressively. Isn’t it?

Don’t you feel hurt while listening to “What do you do the whole day?”, “Your schedule is a mess?” is it? Okay, let me stop instantly because now this will lead to an altogether new Musing “Should they be allowed to judge our schedule?”

The reinforcement cycle, however, has a pure logic.

A complex human thought process elucidates it simply; don't we usually highlight only the flaws around?

Give yourself a pause and think, why would a person do something wrong intentionally, and even if he does out of a habit. Is it his mistake that he is still working with you? Or maybe he’s wrong if he is still in a relationship with you…

Identifying only the problem areas and stressing on what and how they could have been better... is a mere process to ignite our cognitive trouble.

When was the last time we went to the cafe manager or the owner to compliment him or her? Or immediately opened up the food app and gave him a good review? But most of us, however, must have criticized at least 5 such cafes in the past month.

Seems, the popular phrase “Oh, You made my day!” is somewhere losing its existence, because we aren't allowing people to say this...

This is something I recently observed, identifying and clarifying on other's mistakes, and saving our own asses is one job we all do.

We never reach out to people, in general, to compliment them, and provide or bring out the possible solutions to the problems they are facing or for the things we believe are going wrong. However, we do reach out to them to taunt, to comment, to share what we do not approve of, and what they break the so called RULES...!!

When was the last time we smiled at our front office team and said: "hey looking pretty or maybe handsome"?

Does it cost more? Do we need trainers to train them to smile at every guest? Cost?? Yes!! It does cost more!!

Because we don't do what comes free... Smile at them every morning and compliment them... They will eventually pass this smile to the guests. Your job is half done already!

A smile is contagious and so is an unhappy, rude face. When we identify all those things going wrong... We force the person to concentrate specifically on them, the whole day, only if you know how we have the capability and power to attract things, you’ll know the people around will only be attracting more mistakes and we are attracting more hassles.
On the contrary, when we highlight the best they are doing, along with discussing the apparent solutions to the issues, we are indirectly helping them channelize all their energy towards improving their working processes, thinking process, attitude towards us, life, moreover towards everything else in general.

They will gladly implement them in order to attract another compliment and this is how the positive reinforcement cycle works. The prerequisite to this process starts with the US, we need to bring everyone in our positive frame of reference first!!

Have a happy and smiling day.. because that's when that's how you are the best version of yourself..

Unplug

How often do we find ourselves feeling stuck, even in the spaces we once longed to be in—our so-called comfort zones? Ever felt like you don’t want to talk to anyone, constantly feeling upset, as if everything around you is falling apart? And when you try to express it, sometimes it backfires, and other times, it just makes things worse. A lot depends on the kind of people you’re surrounded by—whether they uplift you or take you for granted. And trust me, when emotions spiral out of control, it becomes incredibly hard to make sense of what’s happening within us. We have medicines for fever, headaches, diabetes, and blood pressure—visibly measurable conditions. But what about the struggles our mind endures? The most overlooked and taken-for-granted part of us is our mind. Yet, emotions like anger, frustration, anxiety, and sadness all stem from it. Maybe it’s time we start taking care of our minds just as much as we do our bodies. Maybe it’s time to unplug and Recharge!!  I rece...

बातें करो

Do you even know me!?  Sometimes people just knock your door, enter your premise they spend a few months with you and woof, there you go! They know you!! No babe! Trust me! You don't!! You haven't seen me in all my phases, you don't know how do I react when it rains, I do not like it, but I do enjoy the rains when it is in the woods, far away. With the right company along, I like it the most, all drenched and dancing! And I might not even want drenching and dancing in the rain because on some rainy days, I want to just sit on the balcony and sip my coffee. You only know what I've told you so far. The kind of personality I chose to show you, you have no idea what phases I've experienced in my life, how I've grown to have experienced them. I am a mature person now, but I like being the kid I once was. You don't know how beautifully I master concealing my stress and worries under my smile. No! You will never know if it is real or fake laughter! Because so far, ...
