To everyone out there, and especially to the Housewives, with talent, focus, ideas, goals, dedication but lack of motivation!! Trust me, if they can!! So can you!!

The book encircles the struggle and success stories of 10 Indian women entrepreneurs, the book showcases how these women stood up to their dreams to become leaders in their own respective domains.

We agree and applaud, when a woman struggles with almost everything to get what she deserves and she desires, but seldom we care about the hard work, societal pressure, the sacrifices she does and the stigma she lives with, the book shares their success stories, their backgrounds, the societal pressure and their hard work into achieving their dreams.

Everyone has a dream, what matters, is, the passion and determination to make a difference.

Below, are a few things we can and must learn.

1. Every woman is capable of achieving big.

2. Do not be disheartened by failure, failure is important, as it teaches you how to deal with situations, helps you improve and to be successful. Failure signifies, you TRIED.

3. Mistakes happen, everyone has a right to make one, what you must care about is you must not lose focus on two things. FIRST, that every mistake is a learning and a Mistake repeated, becomes a choice. Make a right choice.

4. Be prepared for every responsibility that comes up with the start-up you are planning, responsibilities of all sorts and kinds.

5. Education is a component of a successful career, so are the degrees you collect, what drives success is a true passion, commitment, and sustainability.

6. Keep your eyes and ears open for every opportunity that strikes, no matter, big or small, take it as a challenge and sustain to win.

7. Just so, if we have a good rapport and have a bundle of connections, huge networking, doesn't ensure, you get business straight away, The World demands more, quality, proactiveness and an appropriately clean approach.

8. The Objectives must be a Long term, that will eventually help you with enhanced Vision and proactiveness, the goals must be clearly stated and well written.

9. Great sacrifices ensure Greater Results.

10. Start small ensuring no compromise over quality. The quantity has an end but Quality progresses.

11. Being a female is no hindrance, it is your attitude, compassion and sustainability and your own belief in your ideas that make a difference.

The part of the story that attracted my heart and soul was the short biography of Ms. Ritu Prasad, Founder, and Chief executive of Spirit.

trust me, if she can do it, so can you.

Unplug

How often do we find ourselves feeling stuck, even in the spaces we once longed to be in—our so-called comfort zones? Ever felt like you don’t want to talk to anyone, constantly feeling upset, as if everything around you is falling apart? And when you try to express it, sometimes it backfires, and other times, it just makes things worse. A lot depends on the kind of people you’re surrounded by—whether they uplift you or take you for granted. And trust me, when emotions spiral out of control, it becomes incredibly hard to make sense of what’s happening within us. We have medicines for fever, headaches, diabetes, and blood pressure—visibly measurable conditions. But what about the struggles our mind endures? The most overlooked and taken-for-granted part of us is our mind. Yet, emotions like anger, frustration, anxiety, and sadness all stem from it. Maybe it’s time we start taking care of our minds just as much as we do our bodies. Maybe it’s time to unplug and Recharge!!  I rece...

बातें करो

Do you even know me!?  Sometimes people just knock your door, enter your premise they spend a few months with you and woof, there you go! They know you!! No babe! Trust me! You don't!! You haven't seen me in all my phases, you don't know how do I react when it rains, I do not like it, but I do enjoy the rains when it is in the woods, far away. With the right company along, I like it the most, all drenched and dancing! And I might not even want drenching and dancing in the rain because on some rainy days, I want to just sit on the balcony and sip my coffee. You only know what I've told you so far. The kind of personality I chose to show you, you have no idea what phases I've experienced in my life, how I've grown to have experienced them. I am a mature person now, but I like being the kid I once was. You don't know how beautifully I master concealing my stress and worries under my smile. No! You will never know if it is real or fake laughter! Because so far, ...

Dhal gaya din...

Dhal gaya din, baatein kuch adhoori si hain... This is what we all are looking for, isn't it? To let go off a day to bring in the breeze of the fresh Morning, the sunrise after a tough sunset. Each one of us is suffering from some issue or the other carrying the biggest possible fake smile which could hide all the tears and sorrows. A mask of bravery and strength behind which every personality is seeking some support some kind words and a pat on the back, ears waiting to hear "you can do it"! And here comes the ego, self-respect, responsibility and the position we all are sitting at from where none of us can afford to cry, to speak no matter how hard the heart is willing to scream and share all the grief with the world outside but the brain is way too logical to do that. IN PICTURE: SHUBHI KRITI SAXENA The solution to which is probably hidden in buying a car or a mattress, a right office chair or the clothes we wear, comfort is all we care but why do we rema...
